Where can I buy a English language GPS navigation system that has maps for South Korea?

The few I’ve found for sale here in South Korea do not have the ability to select a destination via an overhead map, but require a name or address. Which is perfectly useless if you don’t know the area you’re headed to.

My company has said it will begun dispatching us with GPS devices for our vehicles for sales calls.?

They have claimed this is for our personal saftey. IS this the same as OnStar? If not, then what is the purpose of this device?

Why did GPS systems change from a computer voice to a human voice?

I am looking for any statistics or articles on what happened when GPS systems incorporated a human sounding voice. Did sales increase? I am researching the importance of voice tone and i thought GPS might be a good example.
